In order to adapt to the new challenges of the"four new disciplines"construction to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,libraries should play a greater role in promoting the construction of high-quality talents by combining the advantages of resources,talents and services.By analyzing the new requirements of library's role orientation and ability and quality,and starting from the three dimensions of knowledge education,service education and cultural education,this paper carries out information literacy education,information data service,education platform construction and space transformation practice,actively promotes service reform and innovation,and provides reference and suggestions for the construction of university literature information resource guarantee and knowledge service system under the new situation,and helps the comprehensive development of"four new disciplines"talents.
