实践教学是人力资源管理专业提高学生专业实践能力的重要途径,人力资源管理专业实践教学存在评价标准模糊、评价主体单一、评价反馈不完善等问题。通过对行业需求进行调查走访,围绕专业培养目标,契合实践教学,提高学生的实践应用能力,该文基于CIPP评价模型构建人力资源管理专业实践教学质量评价指标,旨在形成规范、有序、高效的实践教学指标体系,对于提高人才培养质量具有积极的实践意义。
Research on Construction of Quality Evaluation Index of Practice Teaching of Human Resource Management Based on CIPP Model
Practice teaching is an important way and means for human resource management major to improve students'professional practice ability.There are some problems in practice teaching of human resource management major,such as fuzzy evaluation standard,single evaluation subject and imperfect evaluation feedback.By investigating and visiting the needs of the industry,focusing on the objectives of professional training,in line with the practical teaching,and improving the practical application ability of students,this paper constructs an evaluation index of the quality of practical teaching of human resource management based on the CIPP evaluation model,aiming at forming a standardized,orderly and efficient practical teaching index system,which is conducive to improving the quality of talent training.It has positive practical significance.
