为提高技术技能型人才的培养质量,该文将科、教、研、赛、产、创作为驱动人才立体培养的六要素,并进行有机结合,以高职机电一体化技术专业为例,提出搭建"科教研赛产创"产教融合立体育人平台,该平台将科学的理论和方法、教育教学、技术研究、创新创业、各类大赛、企业生产等各环节进行有机互融,为学生的立体培养提供有力保障,同时为教师团队建设、专业全面发展提供支撑。经过多年的实践验证,该平台有效促进了人才培养、技能大赛、创新创业、技术研究等方面质量的提升。
Research on the Construction of "Science,Education,Research,Competition,Industry and Innovation" Industry Education Integration Stereoscopic Education Platform
In order to improve the quality of cultivating technical and skilled talents,this article takes science,education,research,competition,industry,and innovation as the six elements driving the three-dimensional cultivation of talents,and organ-ically combines them.Taking the mechatronics integration technology major in vocational colleges as an example,it proposes to build a"science education research competition industry innovation"three-dimensional education platform,which integrates scientific theory and methods,education and teaching,technology research,innovation and entrepreneurship,and various compe-titions The cross boundary and organic integration of various links such as enterprise production provide strong guarantees for the three-dimensional cultivation of students,while also providing support for the construction of teacher teams and comprehensive professional development.After years of practical verification,this platform has effectively promoted the improvement of quality in talent cultivation,skill competitions winning awards,innovation and entrepreneurship,technology research,and other aspects.
