Practice and Reflection on the Management and Guidance of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Projects for College Students
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students is a new talent training program proposed in China to cultivate and enhance the independent innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students.Its implementation is conducive to broadening the path of talent cultivation in universities,improving the cultivation of scientific research ability,innovation awareness,and independent entrepreneurship ability of college students.Based on the management and guidance experience of the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for undergraduate students majoring in biology at the School of Life Sciences,Nantong University,this article elaborates on the status and shortcomings of the innovation and entrepre-neurship training program for undergraduate students majoring in biology.Based on the situation,some solutions and suggestions are proposed.
