In response to the current teaching process,there is a mismatch between course content and professional positions functions,significant differences in student source structure,and low interest in learning among students.Integrating the profes-sional skill level standards for station assistant duty officers and the core professional abilities of the national train service skills competition.Integrating the teaching process with the production process,restructuring the course module content.Based on the analysis of individual differences and learning situations among students,project+task-based teaching practices will be carried out,and a teaching team consisting of masters and renowned teachers will be formed to jointly develop the"three integration and three separation,six steps and six hearts"teaching strategy and implement teaching,to provide a teaching paradigm for cultivating technical and skilled personnel in station operation organization.
