摘要
中医学作为我国的传统医学,其教育质量关乎中医药事业的发展和人民健康水平."医教协同"是国家实行的将专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨进行的新政策.该文通过对目前"医教协同"背景下中医专硕研究生的规培现状进行梳理,找出存在的问题并提出改进建议,为优化中医学专业学位研究生的培养方案提供理论依据.
Abstract
As a traditional medicine in China,the quality of education in traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to the development of traditional Chinese medicine health and the level of people's health."Medical education collaboration"is a new policy implemented by the country to integrate professional degree graduate training with standardized training for resident physi-cians.This article reviews the current situation of standardized training for master's degree students in traditional Chinese medicine under the background of"medical education collaboration",identifies existing problems,and proposes rectification suggestions,providing theoretical basis for optimizing the training plan for master's degree students in traditional Chinese medicine.
