新文科视域下高校交叉融合课程建设的现实困境与应对之策

交叉融合课程是培养适合新时代要求的复合型人才的核心要素。基于江西财经大学"智慧财税"专业的调查,该文系统分析了高校交叉融合课程建设的现实困境与应对之策。研究发现:高校交叉融合课程建设主要存在课程开设困境、课程教学困境与课程考核评价困境。为破解相关困境,应强化顶层设计,探索行政管理机制改革,构建跨学科师资团队,为交叉融合课程建设提供制度保障、组织平台与师资基础。
Realistic Dilemmas and Countermeasures of the Construction of Cross Disciplinary and Integrated Courses in Universities from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts
Cross disciplinary integration courses are the core elements for cultivating versatile talents suitable for the require-ments of the new era.Basing on a survey of the"smart finance and taxation"program at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,this article systematically analyzes the practical difficulties and countermeasures in the construction of cross integration courses in universities.It is found that the construction of cross disciplinary and integrated courses in universities mainly faces challenges in curriculum development,teaching,and assessment.To solve the related difficulties,we should strengthen top-level design,explore administrative management system reform,build interdisciplinary teacher teams,and provide institutional guarantees,organizational platforms,and teacher foundations for the construction of interdisciplinary courses.
