Research on the Measures to Improve the Professional Practice Ability of Professional Engineering Postgraduates
Professional practice is an important link in the cultivation of engineering master's degree graduate students In view of the current situation of professional engineering postgraduates,the main problems are analyzed.And the measures to improve the professional practice ability of engineering postgraduates are put forward.Research shows that the low enthusiasm of enterprise participation,the unclear division of"double tutors"and responsibility,and the lax management of practice process are the main problems existing in the professional practice of engineering postgraduates.The measures to improve the professional practice ability of professional engineering postgraduates are studies.It is pointed out that strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,improving the"double tutor"system and strict process management are effective ways to improve the professional practice ability of professional engineering postgraduates.
