Multidimensional Evaluation and Optimization of Employment Ability of College Students and Path for Improving Employment Quality
In response to the problem of insufficient performance of college students in multidimensional employment abilities such as basic work ability and professional knowledge ability,this study explores the current situation and improvement paths of college students'employment ability through extensive data collection and analysis.A study found that in the multidimensional evaluation of employability,students with employment experience scored an average of 4.25,while students without employment experience scored 3.27;In the multidimensional evaluation of employment quality,students with on campus award-winning experience scored an average of 3.81 on the work environment,while students without award-winning experience scored only 3.15.From this,it can be seen that some college students have accumulated some theoretical knowledge,but perform poorly in applying knowledge to practice,especially in terms of practical work experience and adaptability to the workplace.Therefore,this article proposes a series of measures to improve employment quality,aiming to comprehensively enhance the employment quality and career development potential of college students.
