Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important starting point for the country to implement the innova-tion-driven development strategy,and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important way for cultivating innovative talents.Innovation and entrepreneurship education needs to rely on and truly integrate into professional education,throughout the whole process of talent training.The article takes Shandong Agricultural University as an example to explore the practical problems of talent cultivation in economic and management majors under the background of integration of specialization and innovation.It analyzes the characteristics and practical paths of talent cultivation in economic and management majors,and puts forward further countermeasures and suggestions in terms of concept guidance,course integration,and platform construction.
