产教研融合视域下医学院校学生创新能力培养探究

在新医科建设背景下,随着我国教育教学改革的深入,产教研融合复合型人才培养是医学院校学生培养的必然趋势。该文在以新医科理念为引领的背景下,着眼于地方医学院校学生创新社会实践能力现状,探索产教研融合人才培养模式,从课程体系设置、教学模式构建、深化校企合作、师资队伍建设等方面提出了一系列增强医学生创新实践能力的措施,探索优化医学生培养模式,以期为医学生创新能力培养提供参考。
Exploration of Cultivating Innovative Abilities of Medical College Students from the Perspective of Integration of Industry,Education and Research
Under the background of new medical science construction,with the in-depth of education and teaching reform in China,cultivation of composite talents integrating industry,education,and research is an inevitable trend in the cultivation of medical college students.Against the background of the new medical concept,this article focuses on the current situation of innovative social practice ability among local medical college students,explores the talent cultivation model of integrating industry,education,and research,and proposes a series of measures to strengthen the innovative practice ability of medical students from the aspects of curriculum system setting,teaching mode,deepening school enterprise cooperation,and teacher team construction.It explores and optimizes the training mode of medical students,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative ability of medical students.
