Research on the Training Mode Innovation of"Trinity Process and Triple Integration"in Higher Vocational Colleges of Media
Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in media higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the motivation of the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepre-neurial talents in media higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the concept of the cultivation mode"trinity process and triple integration"of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in media higher vocational colleges.The talent training mode centers on improving the quality of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in media higher vocational colleges,facilitates the educational concept of results-oriented education,takes value shaping,knowledge imparting and ability training as the core,and integrates innovation,entrepreneurship and creativity into the whole process of talent training.Through optimizing the top-level design,reconstructing the curriculum system,reforming teaching methods and innovating practical education mode,a three-di-mensional training system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in media higher vocational colleges is formed,which actively serves the overall goal of the national major development strategy and the development of media industry.
