基于"车间课堂"的"双元"育人是高职院校通过"招企引智带资入教",校企共建课堂车间,共同组建教师队伍,面向企业真实环境,根据企业岗位技能需要校企共同开发课程,学校和企业协同育人的人才培养模式。通过"车间课堂""双元"育人人才培养模式的实践,可提高职业教育的办学活力、适应性、吸引力和社会影响力,切实提高育人质量。
