Research on the Path of First-Class Specialty Construction in Local Undergraduate Universities—Case Study of Xiangtan University
On the basis of analyzing the significance of the construction of first-class majors in local undergraduate colleges and universities,Xiangtan University is taken as an example to study the problems of the construction of first-class majors in local undergraduate colleges and universities from the perspectives of financial investment,teaching resources and curriculum system.It also puts forward the main path for the construction of first-class majors in local undergraduate colleges and universities from the aspects of optimizing the structure of resource,opening up favorable development space,focusing on the key indexes,constructing characteristic undergraduate majors,and introducing first-class faculty members,etc.,so as to realize the connotative development of regional higher education,improve the quality and level of professional construction of local undergraduate colleges and universities,and push forward the enhancement of the quality of talent cultivation in China.
