Exploration of Problems and Teaching Methods in Standardized Training for Resident Physicians in Gastroenterology
Gastroenterology training is one of the important components of standardized training for resident physicians.Residential trainees generally have problems such as insufficient mastery of basic theoretical knowledge, poor clinical basic skills, lack of effective learning methods, and lack of clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking during the rotation of gastroenterology. As a result, many residential trainees have gained little from the rotation of gastroenterology.Exploring new teaching methods, guided by integrated medicine, applying heuristic clinical medicine teaching methods, adopting the organic combination of multiple teaching modes such as Mini-CEX(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise),PBL(Problem-Based Learning)and CBL(Case-Based Learning)will provide strong support for the standardized training of gastroenterology.
