Research and Practice on Cross-Innovation Ability Training of Science Talents in"Double First-Class"Comprehensive Local Colleges and Universities
Although the training of science talents in"double first-class"comprehensive local colleges and universities has innate cross-disciplinary advantages,it also faces challenges such as homogenization of education models,lack of guarantee mechanisms,and mismatch between supply and demand for talent training.This article takes the training of talents in the physics discipline of Beijing University of Technology as an example,and proposes to base on the characteristics of the intersection of science and engineering and the integration of optoelectronics,relying on the intersection of physics,optical engineering,electronic science and technology disciplines and other disciplines,taking"teaching-competition-learning-research-creation"as the Starting from this,this paper deeply integrate the interdisciplinary and practical ability training in the cultivation of innovative talents in physics,and build a training model for innovative talents in physics with dual intersection of science and engineering and six-di-mensional intersection.
