产教融合背景下"1336"实习管理模式创新与实践——以南京铁道职业技术学院为例

实习作为职业教育的重要教学环节,是深化产教融合、校企协同育人的有效载体。该文首先提出了高职院校在实习管理过程中面临的主要问题;其次结合南京铁道职业技术学院的实践,系统梳理了"一套体系""三个原则""三种路径""六个环节",创新了"1336"全链条闭环式实习管理模式,展示了改革的成果和成效;最后提出了进一步优化和完善实习管理的建议,以期提高实习管理水平,不断提升实习质量和人才培养质量。
Innovation and Practice of"1336"Internship Management Mode under the Background of Integration of Production and Education—Take Nanjing Vocational Institute of Railway Technology for Example
As an important teaching link of vocational education,post practice is an effective carrier to deepen the integration of production and education and the cooperation between school and enterprise.This paper first put forward the main problems faced by higher vocational colleges in the process of internship management,and then combined with the practice of Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College,systematically sorted out the"one system","three principles","three paths","six links",and innovated the"1336"full-chain closed-loop internship management model.Finally,suggestions for further optimization and improvement of internship management are put forward in order to improve the level of internship management,constantly improve the quality of internship and talent training.
