新质生产力理念下反应工程教学改革与探索

新质生产力作为一种以科技创新为特征的生产力,更加符合我国经济高质量发展的需求,有助于进一步推动社会主义现代化早日实现。反应工程是一门主要研究反应器设计与操作的课程,是理论与实践联系的纽带,对培养具有科技创新能力、分析和解决实际工程问题能力、社会责任感和职业素养的人才至关重要。该文从新质生产力的特点及对新时代科技人才的要求为出发点,提出教学内容与科技发展相符合、课堂教学与科学研究及学科竞赛相结合、更新实践教学设备、加强课程思政,可为培养新时期化工人才提供参考。
Teaching Reform and Exploration of Chemical Reaction Engineering under the View of New-Quality Productivity
New-quality productivity is one kind of productivities that based on scientific and technological innovation,which is more consistent with the development trend of scientific and technological innovation,and can further promote the early realization of building a modern socialist country.Chemical reaction engineering is a course for introducing reactor design and operation based on reaction kinetics and transfer principle,and a link between theory and practice,is crucial for cultivating talents with technological innovation ability,analytical and problem-solving practical engineering ability,social responsibility,and profes-sional ethics.From the view of the characteristics of new-quality productivity and the demand for scientific and technological talents in the new era,this article proposes that the teaching content should be in line with the development of technology,update experimental equipment,strengthen ideological and political education in the curriculum,and provide reference for cultivating professionally competent talents in the new era.
