"双一流"背景下生物化学一流课程的建设与探索

生物化学是农林类院校的核心专业基础课,在教学过程中存在理论更新慢、实践与理论融合性差、课程考核评价体系单一等问题。教学团队通过重构理论教学、优化实践教学以及创新考核机制等,对生物化学教学进行改革探索:构建课前预习和兴趣培养平台,重构适合农林类高校的理论教学体系,开展基础实践教学、进阶实践教学以及科技发展前沿热点研究,建立多元化成绩评定体系,通过上述改革,解决生物化学教学中教与学的矛盾,推动"双一流"背景下生物化学课程的建设。
Construction and Exploration of Biochemistry First Class Curriculum under the Background of"Double First Class"
Biochemistry is a core foundational course in agricultural and forestry colleges,but there are problems in the teaching process,such as slow theoretical updates,poor integration of practice and theory,and a single curriculum assessment and evaluation system.Our teaching team has restructured theoretical teaching,optimized practical teaching,and innovated assessment mechanisms to explore reforms in biochemistry teaching.We have constructed a pre-class preview and interest cultivation platform,restructured a theoretical teaching system suitable for agricultural and forestry universities,conducted basic practical teaching,advanced practical teaching,and research on cutting-edge technology development hotspots,and established a diversified score evaluation system.Through the above reforms,the contradiction between teaching and learning in biochemistry teaching is resolved,and the construction of biochemistry courses under the background of"double first class"is promoted.
