Construction Path of Credit Bank System Learning Outcome Authentication and Conversion Mechanism in a Province—Take Ningxia Lifelong Education Credit Bank as an Example
With the in-depth construction of lifelong learning education system serving the whole people,establishing a credit bank system to realize learning achievement certification,accumulation and conversion has become an important strategy for the development of education in our country.Based on the analysis of the development status of credit bank and the significance of the construction of the learning outcome authentication and conversion mechanism,this paper explores the construction path of the learning outcome authentication and conversion mechanism of Ningxia lifelong education credit bank.Taking the qualification framework as the core,establishes and improves the learning outcome authentication and conversion standard system based on credit bank,and relies on the digital platform of credit bank to construct multi-dimensional standard application scenarios,uses the advantages of resource integration,improve the quality of learning outcomes,and forms a collaborative education effect with the alliance as a link.In order to explore and form a replicable and propagable credit bank learning outcome authentication and conversion mechanism in a province,and provide experience and reference for the construction of credit bank system in the region and even the whole country.
