Exploring the Transformation of Talent Cultivation in Universities Driven by Digital and Intelligent Enablement
The rapid development of digital and intelligent technologies has posed new challenges and requirements for tradi-tional talent cultivation in universities.How to better apply digital and intelligent technologies to reform the existing talent culti-vation mode has become an important issue that universities urgently need to address.Based on this,this study first analyzes the current status and limitations of talent cultivation in universities in the digital and intelligent era,and then combines the practical application of digital and intelligent technologies in talent cultivation to deeply explore how digital and intelligent enablement can promote innovation and transformation in talent cultivation in universities.In response to the new requirements of the digital era,universities should reform their talent cultivation mode from four aspects:deep integration of technology and talent cultivation,personalized and adaptive learning paths,interdisciplinary and cross-domain talent cultivation,and deep integration of industry,academia,and research,in order to cultivate composite talents who can adapt to the digital era and apply digital and intelligent technologies.
