Research on the Optimization Path of Talent Training System for Business Administration Majors in the New Liberal Arts under the Perspective of New Quality Productivity
In the perspective of new quality productivity,facing the rapid development of digital technology and the rapid changes in the business environment,the business administration major must accelerate the deep integration with disciplines such as computer science and data science,and build an interdisciplinary knowledge structure and capability system.This article analyzes the problems existing in the current talent training system for business administration majors in terms of curriculum design,practical teaching construction,faculty construction,and evaluation system construction.Suggestions are put forward to optimize the talent training system for new liberal arts business administration majors,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the teaching reform of business administration majors in universities,and helping to cultivate high-quality applied management talents that meet the needs of the development of new quality productivity.
