Exploring and Implementing on"Five-in-One"Training Model for Biomedical Professionals in the Context of"New Medicine"
Given the current challenges in training biomedical professionals at private universities,a"five-in-one"innovative and entrepreneurial training model was developed.This model combines five elements—student internships,innovation and entrepreneurship projects,biology competitions,graduation designs,and teacher research—into a biology competition team.By integrating teacher leadership and student participation in teaching and research projects,a win-win-win outcome is achieved for the college,teachers,and students,serving as a model for personnel training in private colleges and universities.
