Research on the Cultivation of Industrial Informatization Talents under the Background of New Engineering Education
With the implementation of the new engineering construction,the importance of talent cultivation in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and industrial informatization is becoming increasingly prominent.At present,China is in a stage of high demand for manufacturing industry informationization talents,but there are problems in talent cultivation in universities such as unclear plans,inadequate training mechanisms,mismatched course offerings,outdated textbooks,and a disconnect from the teaching content industry demand.In order to improve the level of industrial informatization talent cultivation under the background of new engineering disciplines,this article proposes targeted suggestions for the cultivation of industrial informatization talents under the background of new engineering disciplines,based on the development needs of the industry and combined with the current situation of cultivation of industrial informatization talents in Chinese universities,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of industrial informatization talents in higher education in China.
