访企拓岗促就业行动逐渐成为高职院校加强校企合作、深化产教融合,实现校企无缝对接的重要举措。通过建立长期稳定的校企互动机制,让学校深入了解行业和企业实际用人需求,主动对接企业需要,为学生就业提供指导。访企拓岗活动不仅有利于学校根据企业需求动态调整专业建设方向,也可以加强师资队伍建设和"双师型"教师培养,推动专业课程体系与职业标准有机融合。因此,该文从构建访企拓岗促就业行动常态化机制的必要性入手,探索高职院校访企拓岗促就业行动常态化机制的构建思路。
Research on the Normalization Mechanism of Vocational College Visiting Enterprises and Expanding Jobs to Promote Employment Action
By establishing a long-term and stable school enterprise interaction mechanism,schools can gain a deeper under-standing of the actual employment needs of industries and enterprises,actively connect with enterprise needs and work environ-ments,and create employment opportunities and provide support and guidance for students.Therefore,this article will start with the necessity of constructing a normalized mechanism for visiting enterprises and expanding positions to promote employment,and explore the construction ideas of a normalized mechanism for vocational colleges to visit enterprises and expand positions to promote employment.
