Changes,Opportunities and Suggestions for the Spatial Configuration of Community Elderly Care Services in the Information Age:Based on Online and Offline Integrated Services Perspective
The integration of online and offline community elderly care services forms a crucial pillar of China's aging industry in the modern period, but the field of urban planning has given less attention to the prospects and strategies for optimizing spatial configuration. This paper first analyses a series of changes in integrated online and offline community elderly care services, including the shift towards remote service, diversification of content, and flattening of service hierarchies. The paper identifies a separation between the spaces for service provision and enjoyment, which leads to the miniaturization of facilities and a reduction in construction costs, the expansion of the service provision spaces, and the ubiquitousness of the service enjoyment spaces, etc. This brings opportunities for equalizing the supply of community elderly care services and directing elderly care resources to the living space of the elderly. The paper proposes a community elderly care circle system of"information platform, elderly leisure circle and elderly service circle",and uses Wuhan's Wuchang District as an example to build optimization strategies. The article serves as a reference for the balanced allocation of community elderly care spaces,as well as the planning and implementation of urban public service facilities.
