Evolution Characteristics of Man-land Relationship and Planning Response in Guangzhou:Analysis Based on the Data of Two National Population Censuses and Land Surveys
From 2010 to 2020,the population structure and spatial pattern have undergone profound changes in Guangzhou.These shifts significantly altered the relationship between people and land in the city,posing huge impacts and challenges on planning.Based on the data from the seventh and sixth population censuses and the data from the third and second land surveys,this paper analyzes the coupling relationship between total population and land use growth,the relationship between population structure and land use structure change,the relationship between population density distribution and land use efficiency change in Guangzhou during 2010 to 2020.The paper proposes planning suggestions which will provide research support for the coordination of population and urban land development in Guangzhou.
