A Comparative Study on Rural Management Models of Jingshan Village and Qingshan Village in Hangzhou
Driven by the rural revitalization strategy,rural construction in different regions is introducing market-oriented forces,gradually exploring rural management models and their development paths. It aims to transform rural resources into development advantages,promote the reproduction of rural capital,and achieve rural sustainable development goals. Based on the analysis of two typical cases of Jingshan Village and Qingshan Village in Yuhang District,Hangzhou,this paper analyzes the different management models and development paths formed by different management entities,and discusses the acting mechanism of the two management models in the rural "land-industry-people" system. Through the comparative study of two rural cases,four management models of rural management are proposed,including rural autonomy,rural-enterprise joint,enterprise-led and government-enterprise joint models,and the analysis framework of the acting mechanism of rural management is constructed,in order to promote the continuous deepening of rural revitalization strategy and the orderly implementation of rural construction.
