Research on the Revitalization of Low-efficiency Industrial Land from the Perspective of Territorial Spatial Governance:Taking Chengdu as an Example
Industrial land is the key carrier of manufacturing industry,and the revitalization of low-efficiency industrial land is an important measure to ensure industrial space under the background of tight constraints. On the basis of reviewing the existing research and practice,this paper summarizes the historical causes and difficulties of inefficient industrial land in Chengdu. It expounds the general idea of invigorating inefficient industrial land from the perspective of territorial spatial governance,and puts forward specific measures from the perspective of planning control,technical standards,policy tools and implementation supervision,so as to provide reference for similar regions.
