摘要
基于国土空间规划实施监测网络建设的背景,文章剖析"五级三类"国土空间规划体系下网络建设监测的对象,探讨规划业务实施监测的数字化拆解方法,并提出升级国土空间规划实施指标体系计算能力、互联互通的软硬件支撑能力和面向公众的服务能力的规划实施监测网络建设路径.
Abstract
Based on the background of the China Spatial Planning Observation Network,this article analyzes the monitoring objects under the "five-level and three-category" territorial spatial planning system,explores the digital decomposition method for monitoring the implementation of planning tasks,and proposes a path for the construction of the China Spatial Planning Observation Network that includes upgrading the calculation capability of the territorial spatial planning implementation index system,enhancing the interconnection of software and hardware support,and improving the system's service capability for the public.
