Demand-oriented Special Planning of Elderly Care Facilities:Taking Zhejiang's "Happy Aging in Place" Model as an Example
This research,based on the existing practical issues,endeavors to explore the allocation standards and innovative planning strategy of elderly care facilities in China through case studies of Zhejiang Province. It highlights the experience in formulating the special planning of elderly care facilities in terms of innovation in construction standards,context-based layout,combination of increment and stock,and functional menu configuration. On this basis,the paper puts forward suggestions for the planning and system construction of China's elderly care facilities,focusing on the supply-demand matching and synergy between programs and the industry. The objective is to provide reference for the planning of elderly care service facilities in other regions of China and promote further development and improvement of elderly care services.
