山地培育型都市圈的发展特征解析与规划策略——以遵义都市圈为例

摘要
随着我国城镇化的迅速推进,都市圈建设成为实现区域最佳配置、城市高质量发展的重要支撑.但目前相关研究多聚焦平原地区发展较为成熟的都市圈,对受到自然地形、资源基础等方面限制,发展相对滞后,仍处于培育阶段的山地都市圈的规划理论研究和实践较为缺乏.文章通过分析都市圈的发展规律,归纳山地对都市圈发展的影响,总结其在空间限制、经济特征及发展阶段三个方面面临的主要挑战,通过分析遵义都市圈的发展特征,提出有针对性的发展策略,以期对我国山地培育型都市圈的发展提供经验借鉴.
Abstract
With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the construction of metropolitan areas has become an important support for achieving optimal regional allocation and high-quality urban development. However,current research focuses mostly on developed metropolitan areas in plain areas,while there is a lack of theoretical research and practical exploration for mountainous metropolitan areas that are relatively underdeveloped and still in the nurturing stage due to restrictions imposed by natural terrain and resource foundations. This article analyzes the key challenges faced by mountainous metropolitan areas in terms of spatial constraints,economic characteristics,and development stages. Through the analysis of the development characteristics of the Zunyi metropolitan areas,targeted development strategies are proposed in order to provide experience and reference for the development of mountainous cultivation-oriented metropolitan areas in China.
