摘要
党的十九大以来,乡村振兴上升为国家战略.由于我国乡村地区具有地大面广的特征,不同地域文化、发展阶段、资源禀赋的地区实现乡村振兴的路径具有显著差异.文章选取位于成都市近郊的"天府农业博览园"作为典型研究样本,将其置于成都市推进乡村振兴的历史进程中进行考量,客观评估其现状发展基础和优势,系统梳理新时期公园城市乡村表达背景下乡村振兴的创新举措,评估其发展的特殊性与普适性经验,试图为全国类似地区的乡村发展提供参考.
Abstract
Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,rural revitalization has become a national strategy. Due to the vast geographical area,there are significant differences in the paths to achieve rural revitalization across rural areas in China with different regional cultures,development stages,and resource endowments. This article selects the "Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park" located in the suburbs of Chengdu as a typical research sample,and considers it in the historical process of promoting rural revitalization in Chengdu. The article objectively evaluates its current development foundation and advantages,systematically reviews innovative measures to promote rural revitalization in the context of park city and rural expression in the new era,and evaluates the uniqueness and generalizable experience in development,attempting to provide reference for similar regions nationwide.
