With the background of the "Three Rights Separation" policy,this paper illustrates the essence of the rural homestead land use rights. It offers suggestions for optimizing the process by which offsprings with urban household registration inherit immovable property on rural homestead land and outlines the expected benefits of these changes. The conclusions drawn can provide a reference for similar cases of immovable property inheritance on rural homestead lands.
