Construction of High-frequency Diagnosis and Dynamic Maintenance Framework for Spatial Planning Based on CSPON
Based on CSPON,this study constructs a high-frequency diagnosis and dynamic maintenance framework(HD-CSPON)for planning with the synchronization of"high-frequency,intelligent and dynamic".The framework includes data layer, technology layer, system layer, and application layer. The system layer serves as the core of the framework, consisting of a perception system,a learning system,a modeling system,a diagnosis and feedback system, and a maintenance and governance system. Each system plays its respective role and integrates diverse subjects and departments to form a collaborative working system. On this basis, possible application scenarios of HD-CSPON,such as resilience and disaster prevention, inefficient land use identification and urban renewal, are discussed. The aim is to provide certain application references for the high-frequency network linkage,real-time dynamic optimization, and open interactive and synergistic nationwide CSPON,and to promote the modernization of the territorial spatial governance system and governance capability.
