广西国土空间规划实施监测网络建设内容体系及实现技术路径研究

摘要
国土空间规划实施监测网络建设是一个新命题,也是提升国土空间治理能力现代化的重要举措.针对规划实施监测不成体系、智能化程度不高、场景牵引力不强等问题,文章结合广西壮族自治区的实践探索,从夯实数据基础、研发智能模型、升级系统功能、构建应用场景等方面,探讨国土空间规划实施监测网络建设的技术路径.
Abstract
The construction of China Spatial Planning Observation Network is a new proposition and an important measure to enhance the modernization of territorial spatial governance capacity.In response to the problems of incomplete system,low level of intelligence,and weak application,this article combines the actual situation in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to explore the technological path for the construction of China Spatial Planning Observation Network from the aspects of consolidating data foundation,developing intelligent models,upgrading system functions,and building application scenarios.
