Design of Smart Planning Scenarios and Exploration of Key Technologies under the Requirements of CSPON
Focusing on the construction goals and requirements of the China Spatial Planning Observation Network(CSPON),this paper summarizes the current situation of the construction and application of the"Inteplan"implementation and supervision information system for territorial spatial planning.It analyzes the new connotations and requirements for CSPON construction,attempts to propose a holistic framework for smart planning scenarios in the early stages of construction in various pilot areas,referred to as the"two windows,four orientations",along with four scenario design concepts and a six-dimensional transformation for scenario construction.The paper explores key technological applications for CSPON to achieve network linkage,intelligent elevation,and agile services,aiming to promote the informationization of territorial spatial planning towards comprehensive business coverage,use-oriented services,integrated scenarios,intelligent enhancements,and networked connectivity.It also aims to provide a research foundation and technical support for advancing smart planning construction.
