Identification and Rectification Study of Fragmented Farmland and Inefficient Homesteads in Village Planning
The rectification of arable land and rural homestead is an important measure to optimize land resource allocation,improve land use efficiency,promote the rural revitalization strategy,and reform the rural homestead system.This article aims to explore the ideas and methods for rectifying fragmented farmland and inefficient rural homesteads in village planning.Based on a problem-oriented approach,evaluations are conducted from three dimensions for farmland including fragmentation degree,contiguity degree,and isolation degree,as well as four dimensions of rural homestead agglomeration,transportation,public service facilities,and spatial resources.Key areas for rectifying fragmented farmland and inefficient homesteads are identified and corresponding rectification measures are proposed.This study provides a methodological insight for rectifying fragmented farmland and inefficient rural homesteads at the village scale.
