The Transformation of Types,Evolution of Formats and Product Innovation of Rural Homestay in Hainan under the Background of"Contracted Rural Land,Rural Collective Land for Development Purposes,and Homestead"Reforms
This paper starts by examining the"homestead"and"rural collective land for development purposes"in the reform policy of"three pieces of land",and analyzes the corresponding relationship between the two and the business model and operational formats of rural homestays.It puts forward the subdivision concept of"rural leisure homestay"and"rural tourism homestay".In view of the phenomenon of"boutique hotelization"in Hainan rural homestay,on the basis of investigating the evolution process of these two types of buildings on these"two pieces of land"in the practice of rural revitalization.The paper conducts case studies and provides development suggestions for product innovation.
