摘要
文章从"三块地"改革政策中的"宅基地"与"经营性建设用地"入手,通过分析两者与乡村民宿的商业模式和经营业态的对应关系,提出"乡村休闲民宿"与"乡村旅游民宿"的细分概念.针对海南省乡村民宿的"精品酒店化"现象,在考察乡村振兴实践中这"两块地"上两类建筑演化过程的基础上,对标案例进行研究,给出产品创新的发展建议.
Abstract
This paper starts by examining the"homestead"and"rural collective land for development purposes"in the reform policy of"three pieces of land",and analyzes the corresponding relationship between the two and the business model and operational formats of rural homestays.It puts forward the subdivision concept of"rural leisure homestay"and"rural tourism homestay".In view of the phenomenon of"boutique hotelization"in Hainan rural homestay,on the basis of investigating the evolution process of these two types of buildings on these"two pieces of land"in the practice of rural revitalization.The paper conducts case studies and provides development suggestions for product innovation.
