Research on Accurate Matching Algorithm of Supply and Demand of Public Elements in Stock Areas'15-minute Community Life Circle:Taking Zhijiang West Road Subdistrict in Shanghai as an Example
As the city development entering the stage of stock-enrichment stage,focusing on the match between population demand and resource supply,starting from human needs,has become an important topic of current urban researches.In response to the practical problem of imbalanced supply and demand of public elements caused by the adoption of homogenization standards in the traditional public elements allocation process and the neglect of the demand differentiation caused by population heterogeneity,a precise configuration path for public elements based on population spatial distribution is proposed.In order to provide algorithmic support and reference for the precise allocation of public elements in the 15 minute community life circle in other stock areas,an algorithmic logic framework for"spatial distribution deduction of different characteristic populations-identification of public factor demands based on population-precise public elements supply matching with demands"is studied and constructed,and an empirical research of the algorithm with Zhijiang West Road Subdistrict in Jing'an District,Shanghai as a practical case is conducted.
