Tianyi High School began implementing gifted education in 1985,it has accumulated some experience in cultivating students'innovative consciousness,creativity,and innovative thinking.Specifically in the teaching of geography,the school has constructed a"three rings"theoretical model for cultivating creativity,and implemented it from the following aspects.Firstly,introduce meaning,stimulating curiosity,and clarifying tasks.The second is deep understanding,independent cooperation,criticism and questioning.The third is to transform literacy,teach students according to their aptitude,and strengthen guidance.The fourth is variant transfer,model construction,induction and synthesis.The fifth is to summarize and reflect,showcase achievements,and exchange evaluations.After years of practice,the school has achieved significant results in cultivating creativity in the geography subject,greatly improved the quality of teachers and the innovation ability of students.
