摘要

河北大学双卓教育学院旨在培养造就一批教育家型卓越校长和专家型卓越教师,引领带动地方基础教育高质量发展.双卓教育学院通过多方调研、了解需求,确定课程目标,依据主题开发课程,优化教学策略,并坚持国家战略要求与学员实际需求相结合、理论导向与实践应用相结合、线上学习与线下学习相结合、研修培训与学历教育相结合等,构建了独具特色的校长、教师培训课程体系,有效提升了校长、教师的素养.双卓教育学院将进一步加强课程体系建设,打造精品课程资源;搭建县域中小学校长、教师课程研修数字化平台;发挥示范引领辐射作用,推动县域教育高质量发展.

Abstract

The Shuangzhuo Education College(SEC)at Hebei University is committed to nurturing outstanding principals and teachers,thereby fostering the high-quality development of local elementary and secondary education.Conducted through comprehensive research and a thorough needs assessment,the Curriculum Development Team has established course objectives,designed thematic curricula,optimized teaching strategies,and pursued an integration of national strategic requirements with the practical needs of participants,theoretical guidance with practical application,online learning with offline learning,and professional development with academic education.This approach has resulted in a distinctively designed training program for principals and teachers,significantly enhancing their professional competencies.The SEC is committed to further strengthening its curriculum development,creating high-quality educational resources,building a digital platform for the professional development of county-level principals and teachers,and serving as a model to promote the high-quality development of county-level education.
