构建高质量教育体系,是新时代对每所学校的要求,也是学校的追求.河南郑州高新区艾瑞德学校积极探寻高质量办学的行动路径:学校树立科学的教育观和学生观,坚持"走自然生长教育之路,办有温度有故事学校"核心理念;基于对核心素养的理解与分解,确立儿童全面发展的六根支柱——爱劳动、会学习、有特长、身体强、善表达、能坚持;学校以协同教育理念为价值引领,构建以学校主导、家庭辅助、社会协同三位一体、携手共育的培养体系.
Abstract
Building a high-quality education system is a requirement and pursuit of every school in the new era.Zhengzhou Elite Cradle School in Zhengzhou High-tech Zone,actively explores the action path of constructing high-quality education.The school establishes a scientific view of education and students,and adheres to the core concept of"taking the path of natural growth education and running a school with warmth and stories".Based on the understanding and decomposition of core competencies,the school has established the six pillars of children's comprehensive development,namely are love for labor,ability to learn,special talents,strong body,good expression,and perseverance.The school takes the concept of collaborative education as its value guidance,and has constructed a training system that is led by the school,assisted by families,and coordinated by society,working together for students'development.
