针对劳动教育场域不完善、课程不系统、机制不健全等难题,郑州高新区艾瑞德学校以校园、家园、社园、田园为场域,实施四园联动,经历从综合实践到田园劳动、从田园劳动到四园联动、从四园联动到"五育"并举的三个阶段,形成"四园联动"劳动教育机制,丰富劳动教育场域理论,提炼出真劳动、全时空、课程化、成合力12字劳动教育真经,实现了"学生劳动素养提升,全面发展凸显;教师专业素养提升,育人水平进步;学校办学质量提升,社会影响扩大"的成效.
In response to the problems of insufficient facilities in labor education field,unsystematic curriculum,and incomplete mechanism,Zhengzhou Elite Cradle School has built a four-part linkage of campus,family,community,and farm to carry out labor education.The exploration has gone through three stages from comprehensive practice to farm labor,from farm labor to four-part linkage,and from four-part linkage to"five education"simultaneously.It has enriched the theory of labor education field,extracted the 12-word labor education truth of real labor,full time and space,curriculum,and integration,and achieved the effects of"improvement in students'labor literacy and comprehensive development,teachers'professional literacy and education level,the quality of school education and expansion of social influence".
