摘要

学校教育、家庭教育、社区教育各自在儿童发展过程中发挥着重要作用,是当今教育不可或缺的三大支柱.学校教育发挥着导向性、系统性和协同性价值,通过科学规划、系统设计、有效落实,将校家社三方力量统整起来、形成合力.郑州高新区艾瑞德学校积极构建学校、家庭、社会协同育人机制,让"失位"家庭发挥"本位"作用,让社会教育从"冷眼旁观"到"躬身入局",为构建更加高效、全面的教育生态系统提供实践参考.

Abstract

School education,family education,and community education each plays an important role in the development of children and are the three indispensable pillars of education today.School education plays a guiding,systematic,and collaborative role,integrating the three forces of school,family,and society through scientific planning,systematic design,and effective implementation,forming a joint force.Zhengzhou Elite Cradle School actively builds the mechanism of collaborative education among schools,families and society,to enable"displaced"families to play a"self-centered"role,allow social education to shift from"watching from the sidelines"to"immersing oneself in the situation".It can provide practical reference for building a more efficient and comprehensive education ecosystem.
