The enhancement of teachers'curriculum leadership is a natural requirement for the continuous deepening of basic education reform and an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of.education.The improvement of teachers'curriculum leadership needs to be based on practical experience.This article mainly elaborates on how to promote the improvement of teachers'abilities based on school curriculum practice experience,selects practical cases,focuses on three aspects of teachers'curriculum implementation leadership,curriculum design leadership,and curriculum evaluation leadership,and from the perspective of practical reflection and experience summary,sorts out and forms strategies for improving teachers'curriculum leadership derived from practice.
