摘要
劳动课程建设是基础教育课程教学改革深化的重大行动之一.当前中小学校劳动课程观被窄化,导致劳动教育"有劳无育";劳动文化渗透不足,导致劳动教育"根基不实";劳动教学生成性缺失,导致劳动教育"探究缺失";劳动资源链接不够,导致劳动教育"创新缺乏";劳动师资兼而不专,导致劳动教育"专业性弱".面向创新人才培养目标,劳动课程建设要遵循其积极的思政、文化、实践、创新与社会价值,实施五项改革策略落实育人效果:树立从"劳动"到"劳育"的全面劳动课程观;建构从"传承"到"自信"的劳动教育文化力;实现从"传授"到"探究"的劳动教学新范式;确立从"知识"到"思维"的劳动素养新框架;深化从"个人"到"社会"的劳动责任观转型.
Abstract
The construction of labor curriculum is one of the major actions to deepen the reform of basic education curriculum and teaching.However,there are still some problems in labor education at present,namely the narrow view of labor curriculum has focused on labor without education,the insufficient infiltration of labor culture has caused a lack of solid foundation for labor education,the lack of generative nature in labor education has resulted in a lack of exploration in labor education,the insufficient links to labor resources has led to a lack of innovation in labor education,and the labor teachers without specialization have led to weak professionalism in labor education.Facing the goal of cultivating innovative talents,the construction of labor curriculum should follow its positive ideological and political,cultural,practical,innovative,and social values,and implement five reform strategies to achieve the educational effect of labor courses.First,establish a comprehensive view of labor courses from"labor"to"labor education".Second,construct the cultural power of labor education from"inheritance"to"confidence".Third,transform the new paradigm of labor teaching from"imparting"to"exploring".Fourth,establish a new framework for labor literacy from"knowledge"to"thinking".Lastly,deepen the transformation of labor responsibility from"individual"to"society".
