拔尖创新人才是实现高水平科技自立自强和建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的第一资源,其思想政治素养的生成与提升是人才自主培养全局中须着力推进的关键工作.鲜明的政治态度立场、优良的思想道德品质、坚定的理想信念支撑是拔尖创新人才思想政治素养的核心内涵.学校可以从加强思想政治素养考察意识、明确思想政治素养培育的主体责任、强化聚焦思想政治素养提升的教学构建三方面着手,丰富和拓展拔尖创新人才思想政治素养提升的方式方法.
Abstract
Top-notch innovative talents are the primary resource for achieving high-level technological self-reliance and building a strong education,technology,and talent country.The generation and improvement of their ideological and political literacy is a key task that needs to be promoted in the overall autonomous training of talents.Excellent ideological and moral qualities,clear political attitudes and positions,and firm ideal and belief support are the core connotations of the ideological and political literacy of top-notch innovative talents.Schools can start from three aspects,namely strengthening the awareness of ideological and political literacy assessment,clarifying the main responsibility for cultivating ideological and political literacy,and strengthening the teaching construction focused on improving ideological and political literacy,in order to enrich and expand the ways and methods of improving the ideological and political literacy of outstanding innovative talents.
