教师具备全面、高水平、与时俱进的岗位胜任力,对于推动拔尖创新人才培养计划向科学方向发展至关重要.基于拔尖创新人才早期培养的教师胜任力评价应该聚焦教师核心素养、关注资优教育水平、采用多种评价方式.为推进拔尖创新人才早期培养,中小学教师胜任力评价可采取如下策略:一是研制科学的教师胜任力评价标准,激发学生自主多元发展的内驱力;二是构建数智赋能教师评价系统,引导教师专业化、个性化发展;三是强化过程、个性、精准反馈,促进教师更有效地因材施教.
Abstract
Teachers with comprehensive,high-level,and up-to-date competencies are crucial for promoting the scientific development of the top-notch innovative talent training program.The assessment of teacher competence based on the early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents should focus on the core competencies of teachers,pay attention to the level of gifted education,and adopt multiple evaluation methods.Therefore,to promote the early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,the following strategies can be adopted for competency evaluation in primary and secondary schools.Firstly,develop scientific teacher competency assessment standards to stimulate students'internal drive for independent and diversified development.The second is to build an assessment system empowered by digital intelligence,guiding teachers'professional and personalized development.The third is to strengthen the process,personality,and precise feedback,promoting teachers to teach students according to their aptitude more effectively.
