摘要

创新人才培养需要适切的土壤和路径.普通高中作为创新人才早期培养的重要学段,担负着培养学生创新精神和实践能力、促进学生全面而有个性发展的应然使命.根据新时代发展和新课程改革要求,在综合实践活动和创新教育理念指导下,开展"思创"课程基地建设,探索"思创"育人路径,有利于激发学生创新思维和创造力,推动创新人才早期培养,促进教师专业发展和学校高质量特色化发展.

Abstract

The cultivation of innovative talents requires appropriate soil and path.As an important stage for cultivating innovative talents,ordinary high schools shoulder the natural mission of cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability,and promoting students'comprehensive and personalized development.Researches and practice have shown that,in accordance with the requirements of the development of the new era and the reform of the new curriculum,under the guidance of comprehensive practical activities and innovative educational concepts,carrying out the construction of"thinking and innovating"curriculum bases and exploring the path of"thinking and innovating"education is conducive to stimulating innovative thinking and creativity,promoting the early cultivation of innovative talents,the professional development of teachers and the high-quality and distinctive development of schools.
